1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Arthur Baxter website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Arthur Baxter provides AI-powered digital marketing and automation services including website creation, lead generation, CRM automation, and related services. Service scope and deliverables are defined in individual client agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not use services for spam, fraud, or illegal activities

4. Payment Terms

Setup fees are due prior to project commencement. Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance. Failure to pay within 15 days of the due date may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Arthur Baxter. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for support. Opting out will not affect any existing service agreements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and software created by Arthur Baxter remain our property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement. Our brand, logo, and proprietary systems remain solely our property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Arthur Baxter shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or performance outcomes from our marketing services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, client retains ownership of their data and content.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
